Definitely I do recommend this product , my family loves it too bad I’m not able to use them cards , but it’s on me wasn’t able to activated themLooks great and functions are amazing. So many reliable ways to open your door. The voice to let you know if it’s locked or unlocked is pretty helpful if you’re used to your door sometimes not locking on the first try. Super ear install and all around great product.I got the black unit but one of the mounting screws is visible and is a shiny color that sticks out. I tried blackening it with a sharpie and it is better but still noticeable. Other than that it works great. Not sure say to installThis lock cannot be integrated with in-door lock system requiring 360deg. key rotation. The BEBASIA Smart Door Lock is one of my favorite additions to my home and is a fantastic smart door lock. I wanted to get one for a few years now, but my wife is not very big on smart home automation and devices, which is unfortunate for me as I am a technophile and love smart home everything! Luckily, our daughter is like me and is going to college next year for Engineering and it is hard for my wife to tell either of our children no. As soon as our daughter said she thought it would be cool and wanted one, I knew I could finally get one. I knew that it would have to look great, be easy to use and work every time in order to keep the wife happy.I can thankfully say, the BEBASIA Smart Door Lock, is all of those and more. One of the first things I noticed is that is comes with the smart deadbolt and the door handle, as many of the smart locks I had found were just the smart lock. I knew the chances of being able to match it to our existing door handle would be difficult to say the least. The smart lock and door handle look great, they look and feel high-end, and it goes very well with our dark colored front door.Installation was very easy, at least that it what my teenaged daughter, who installed it, told me! She was very excited when it came in and asked if she could install it and since she has been doing home projects and working on our cars with me since she was 7, I knew this would be no problem for her. I was right, she installed it with no problems at all and I could not have done a better job myself. It came with everything she needed, including the drill bit to drill through the door for the screw that attaches the very bottom if the door handle to the door (which I prefer as the original just had a little peg that went into the front of the door and not all the way though for a more robust installation).Once it was installed, it was time to program it for the various methods of entry. One thing you should know is that each user can only use one of the various methods to unlock the door. Each user needs to decide if they want to use a code, a fingerprint or one of the (3) small IC cards that it comes with. Of course, there is also a key, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having a smart lock and I plan on only using them for a backup method and will give on key to my neighbor (she will also be programed in as a user since the keys are not assigned to a specific person) and the other to my dad who lives close by.It would be nice if a user could use more than one method to unlock it, such as a fingerprint and a code, for situations such as wearing gloves and being programmed for a fingerprint and being able to just put in a code instead. Programming it is fairly simple as well and there is a small, sharp OLED screen that normally tells the time but once you access the programming mode it shows the menu. I really like the auto-lock function as well, so I no longer have to check it at night to see if we remembered to lock the door.It has been installed for a couple of weeks now and it has worked flawlessly! I went with using my fingerprint and it has worked every time the first time and it unlocks quickly. My daughter and I, who are the technology nuts in the house absolutely love this lock and even my wife, who is not a big fan of electronics or smart technology, has commented how she likes it and good it looks. I had spent a fair amount of time searching for a front door smart lock that fit all of my requirements and I can say that this one absolutely does, and I am very happy with it. In short, I absolutely recommend the BEBASIA Smart Door Lock!I had a door to an antique shop that needed to be upgraded with a system that allowed multiple people to access it without having to make and give out keys. This is the perfect system. It allows for fingerprint access, keycard access (three in the box) and a multitude of passcodes to be set up. The system is pretty easy with the system walking you through the setup and giving options. Just one confusing part a the beginning when setting up the Admin code. I thought it was asking for all the users. No problem resetting to do a do-over. The only thing that is a bit weird is the keys that are provided - very non-standard looking key - so I will have to see if there is the possibility of getting extra made... but then again, this lockset's entire point is to get rid of keys and maybe just being careful with the two provided should be good enough.Installation for me was a bit tricky only because it was on an older, very thick, wooden door that was a bit more substantial than newer doors. There was already a hole for a doorknob so the replacement of the doorknob part was not difficult with only a drill hole needed for the bottom of the handle. The kit even comes with a drill bit for that. The keypad system required a hole to be drilled and I wish I had read the entire instructions and noted that the keypad did not necessarily have to be a set distance away and in line with the door handle. I used their template and although it worked, since the door is larger than most doors, it would have been better to set the keypad closer to the doorjamb rather than in line with the existing door knob. Aesthetically, I can see the benefit, however, for security reasons, it is nicer to have the bolt go in deeper into the jamb. Again... not an issue for most people with newer doors that have probably been made in the current century and to current standards but a retrofit to a non-standard door had a few kinks. All in all, it is a fantastic idea for multiple users with many ways to access via key card, fingerprint, or code. It looks great. The installation would probably be a piece of cake for a standard door. I am most likely going to get some more of these to use on my rental units to do away with the hassle of keys and meeting with people to hand keys over.
