Very happy and super easy to install.Exactly what I wantedIf you're looking for a high quality knob, these are not it.If you're looking for a temporary fix, these will do.Easy to install. Would recommend them.When buying a 2-Pack, I was under the assumption that the door knobs would use the same key. Unless the description explicitly says so, I guess one shouldn't assume that's the case. I should have checked right away, in which case I would have returned them.Installation was more involved than it should have been... for some reason, the inner portion of the latch assembly (in between the door knobs) was slightly taller than the part of the latch that sits in the cross bore hole. For both doorknobs, I had to ream out the cross bore to get the latch to slide through. At least the finish looks good.BestReplaced moms door knobI bought this lock to replace a 50 year old Dexter lock. Dexter is no longer in business and believe that it was bought by Schlage. The good news is that my current key fit into this lock. However, when I took the lock to a locksmith to rekey it to my current key, he couldn't find a way to get to the lock mechanism. He said that he could drill holes looking for the release, but recommended that I buy another lock. I returned the lock and purchased a workable lock at Lowes.
